Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Field Inspector to join our team part-time. This role involves conducting after-dark inspections of signs and lighting at commercial and multi-family sites. Ideal candidates will have strong observational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of signs and lighting fixtures within designated geographic areas.
- Identify and document any outages, damages, or maintenance issues.
- Report findings accurately and promptly using company-provided systems.
- Communicate effectively with the team to ensure timely resolution of reported issues.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during inspections.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
Schedule:
Part-time 8-15 Hours weekly.
Compensation:
Pay: $24-26/hr plus mileage reimbursement
